We left Nelspruit at around 08h30 on Friday 23-05-2008 by car for Johannesburg. Our flight departed from OR Thambo at 14h20.

The process at OR Thambo was tense as usual and we met Marcelle in the departure hall. After the slog through the Departures hall we finally ended up in the Smoker's Bar and settled down to wait for our call.
The flight is 8 hours long to Dubai and then another 2 hours to Kuwait. At 09h07 on 24-05-2008 we ended up in our apartment in Kuwait.
We spent some time settling in and contacting family and friends in South Africa. All three of us were a bit tired after the flight but we decided not to go and sleep because that will surely screw our internal clocks up.
