Grin

Yep ... you are right Riaan. Touring the rural South African countryside is what makes biking great for me.

I like the fact that all bikers share a kind of bond. An instant community if you will. It is the best feeling in the world riding somewhere new, seeing my friends, new and old, riding in front and behind me. It gives me a sense of belonging and freedom that I never before had.

It is the descovery of new roads, re-riding old ones and the absolute honesty shared.
Another point, I rode to Meltonwold alone, but as I arrived, my friends were still awaake, awaiting me with warmth and love. What more can I say? THANK YOU, one and all, my biker family..  smitten

In my normale lewe is ek beheb met tyd. In my normale lewe is ek 'n baie vinnige mens.

Sodra ek op my bike klim raak ek "Captain Slow". Een van my biker buddies het my daai naam gegee.

Ek ontspan. Ek voel vry.

So die naam Captain Slow is omdat ek als stadig doen met my bike.

Ek klim stadig op.
Ek trek stadig aan. Almal wag altyd vir my. hehe
As ek ry hou ek van rondkyk so ek ry meeste van die tyd stadig. So tussen 80 - 120km/h.

Bikery is my tonic teen stres. Smiley
